This page explains the information VeylixWeb collects through its public website, project forms, audit tool and client portal.
Information you submit
Project forms may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website, location, budget, timeline and project requirements. The audit tool may collect the website URL you submit and, if provided, your email address.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate projects, provide requested audits, manage client work, issue invoices and maintain business records.
First-party analytics
The site may record anonymous aggregate events such as page views and CTA clicks. The custom analytics endpoint is designed not to store advertising identifiers, cookies, full IP addresses or cross-site profiles.
Service providers
VeylixWeb may use infrastructure and payment providers such as Cloudflare, the VeylixWeb secure backend and Stripe. When those services are used, their own privacy practices also apply.
Client portal
Portal access is protected using the client email and a project access code. Do not share your access code. VeylixWeb may revoke or replace portal access when necessary.
