These terms apply to use of the public VeylixWeb website. Individual client projects are governed by the specific proposal or service agreement accepted for that project.
Quotes and pricing
Public package prices describe standard starting scopes. Custom work, integrations, content, third-party services, rush work and expanded revisions may require a separate quote. A website inquiry or automated audit is not a binding offer.
Project payments
Unless a signed project agreement states otherwise, VeylixWeb may require a deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before production launch or final handoff. Payment schedules shown on invoices control for the specific project.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting platforms, payment processors, booking systems, email providers and other third-party tools have their own terms, availability and fees. Client ownership and access responsibilities are set out in the project agreement.
Audit tool
Automated audit results are informational screening results only. They are not guarantees of search rankings, revenue, accessibility compliance, cybersecurity, legal compliance or business performance.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, probe private systems or use the audit tool to target systems you are not permitted to assess.
